It was a pleasure working with Tina Bernard. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Miami real estate market and she guided me very strategically throughout the process. We relocated to the Brickell area from Minneapolis and had a very short timeframe to work with. Not only did we not know the area but we had no idea how involved the process was. It can be just as complicated as buying. From our first communication, too well after the lease was signed, Bernie has been incredibly helpful, extremely detail oriented, very methodical, and an amazing communicator. She quickly figured out our tastes, took us to each available unit, toured us around our new neighborhood, helped us narrow down our choices, mediated all communication with the association and owner realtor, reviewed the lease, and got us through the walk through making sure to document everything from number of keys to existing defects.
